Docpensa is a software subscription service. Due to the digital nature of the service, physical returns do not apply.

If you are charged incorrectly or believe there is a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Payment gateway processing timelines may vary depending on your issuing bank.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection laws.
