1. Use of the Service

  • Eligibility: You must be a registered healthcare professional (e.g., SLMC registered) to use the full features of this platform.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the platform for any unauthorized or illegal clinical activities.

2. Subscription & Pricing

  • Subscription Cycles: We offer different subscription cycles (including Monthly and Annual plans) for our Pro features.
  • Pricing: The specific rates, discounts, and billing details for each plan are clearly stated on our official Pricing Page inside the platform.
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change. However, any changes to subscription rates will only apply to subsequent billing cycles, and existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days prior to any changes affecting their active billing cycle.

3. Payments & Secure Processing

Payments are handled via PayHere, a secure third-party payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize us (via PayHere) to charge the total amount of the selected plan to your chosen payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our local servers.

4. Clinical Responsibility Disclaimer

Docpensa is an AI-assisted tool designed to streamline documentation. It is NOT a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

The ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any generated prescription or medical record remains solely with the prescribing clinician.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, AI models, and software code on this website are the intellectual property of Docpensa. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our technology without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docpensa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our service.
